nwpk Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and nwpk ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the nwpk website, mobile interface, games, betting services, and any related features (collectively, the "Service"). By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

nwpk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. • You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by nwpk or any third-party responsible gaming body.

To access the full range of nwpk services, you must register a personal account. By completing the registration process, you agree to the following obligations:

• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• You may register only one account. The creation of multiple accounts for the same individual — whether using the same or different contact details — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. nwpk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
• You must notify nwpk immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. nwpk reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of a reported security incident.

nwpk applies SSL encryption to all account-related transactions and communications. However, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security. You access and use the Service at your own risk and are encouraged to use a strong, unique password and to log out of your account when using shared devices.

nwpk supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following conditions:

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment is made from an account belonging to another person — are not permitted and will be returned.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account that is registered in your name. nwpk does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Any funds deposited into your nwpk account that remain unused for a period of time may be subject to dormancy terms as communicated in your account notifications. nwpk will always notify you in advance before applying any dormancy-related deductions.

From time to time, nwpk may offer bonuses, free credits, promotional rewards, or other incentives to new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated at the time the bonus is offered.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only. The use of bonuses in conjunction with any form of arbitrage, matched betting, or other strategy designed to extract guaranteed profit from a promotion without genuine risk is prohibited.
• nwpk reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already accepted an offer will be informed of any material changes that affect their existing bonus balance.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment account. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through the creation of duplicate accounts will result in permanent account closure.

All games made available through the nwpk platform are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to the applicable rules for that game. In addition, the following general fair-play terms apply across all games:

• All game outcomes on nwpk are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. nwpk does not manipulate, adjust, or influence game outcomes in favour of the platform.
• The use of any software, bot, script, automated tool, or external device designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on nwpk is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects the outcome of a game, nwpk reserves the right to void the relevant bet or round and return the staked amount to the player's wallet. Game rounds that have completed correctly are final.
• Collusion between players in any game format — including poker variants, live dealer games, or sports betting — is prohibited. Any evidence of collusive behaviour will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings.

Any winnings derived from a game session affected by a technical error on nwpk's systems will not be honoured if the error materially altered the outcome of the game in a way that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions. nwpk will exercise this right fairly and will provide written explanation to any affected player.

Users of the nwpk platform are expected to conduct themselves in a lawful, respectful, and honest manner at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate action including account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of account registration, verification, or transactional activity.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the nwpk platform, including the use of funds derived from criminal activity to make deposits.
• Attempting to access or interfere with another player's account, or attempting to manipulate the platform's systems, databases, or game logic by any technical means.
• Using the nwpk platform in any manner that violates applicable law, including laws relating to online gambling, data protection, anti-money laundering, or consumer protection.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at nwpk staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.

nwpk reserves the right to investigate any account it reasonably suspects of engaging in prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the account and its associated funds may be frozen. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, nwpk may permanently close the account, forfeit all funds held therein, and take such further legal action as it deems appropriate.

nwpk is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and provides tools to help players manage their activity. By using the platform, you acknowledge that gambling is a form of entertainment and not a guaranteed source of income, and that you bear personal responsibility for the manner in which you engage with the Service.

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly) may be set by the player from within account settings and will take effect immediately upon activation.
• Session time reminders may be enabled to alert you when a pre-set period of continuous play has elapsed. nwpk encourages all players to take regular breaks.
• Self-exclusion requests may be submitted at any time. Once activated, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration specified at the time of the request. nwpk will use reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion across all access channels.

All content, software, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other materials forming part of the nwpk platform are the exclusive intellectual property of nwpk or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any nwpk intellectual property beyond the limited licence to use the Service for its intended personal entertainment purpose.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any portion of nwpk's intellectual property without the prior express written consent of nwpk. Unauthorised use of nwpk intellectual property may constitute an infringement giving rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nwpk's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Service shall be limited as follows:

• nwpk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• nwpk shall not be liable for service interruptions or downtime caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, power outages, cyber-attacks, natural disasters, or regulatory action.
• Where nwpk is found to be liable for direct loss suffered by you as a direct result of its negligence or breach of these Terms, such liability shall be limited to the total value of deposits made by you to nwpk in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by nwpk's proven gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

nwpk may amend these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the platform. Where an amendment materially affects your rights, nwpk will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email or in-account notification prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the Service.

nwpk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. Upon termination for cause, any funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where termination occurs without cause, any verifiable account balance at the time of termination will be returned to the account holder through their registered payment method.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws under which nwpk operates. nwpk operates as an online platform providing gaming and sports betting services to users in Bangladesh and shall comply with applicable legal obligations as they apply to its operations.

In the event of a dispute between you and nwpk, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. nwpk is committed to fair and transparent dispute handling and will respond to all formally submitted complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as applicable under the governing law.
